Can i get a sample before mass production?


 


Sure! We will free make the preproduction sample for your inspection when you had placed the mass production order. If you are on the beginning stage and want to have the sample customized before order placed, we can make it for you too, but you need to pay the basic sample production cost.


If you only want to check our production quality, we can also send you our existing sample for you.



How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?


 


1)Send inquiries to contact the account manager to request the samples
2)The stock samples are free, the samples produced are charged according to your requirements; 
3)The samples will be sent within 7 days  4)Sample fee will be refunded according to the order amount

After confirming the order, we will send you the design draft for confirmation,We have advanced equipment, maintaining on time every day to ensure good printing and cutting quality, and also a professional quality inspection team to ensure that each shipment is qualified



 


If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?



Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.


 



What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

-DDP price is our usual price term, if you need FOB/CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.
-If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.


 



If I place an order with you, should I pay the import fee?



We offer DDP price normally. The shipping cost and your local destination fees, customs clearance fees will be charged by us.
