While Assembly line consist of the chassis assembly section, the door assembly and transportation section, the final assembly section, the power assembly packing, the assembly section, the front beam packing section, the rear axle assembly section, the dashboard assembly section, the chassis assembly, the engine assembly etc. 

     Automobile assembly line normally including First time trim line, Chassis assembly line, Second time trim line, Final assembly line and plus a lot of accessories equipments loading KBK system, manipulators, lifts ect. according to different clients requirement, the automatization can be design.

This 2 wheel & 3 wheel assembly line can assembly Electric bike, scooter, motorbike, tricycle, Ricksaw ect. The conveyor is automatically moving, speed is adjustable, all control components are famous brand China or Simons,Delixi brand. it has advantages below: 

1. Its smooth on the motorcycle assembly line surface, small fraction, product can be transported stable on the line, it can transport all kinds of cars, motorcycles, tricycles, scooters, bicycles, it can also transport all kinds of Air conditioners, computers, refrigerator, glass bottles, PET bottles, Pop etc and so on.

2. Material of chain plate is galvanized or stainless steel optional and engineering plastics etc. the specifications are variety which can be selected by the product and its technological process, we can satisfy difference requirements.

3. Flexible layout of equipments, level. tilt, and turn transportation can be completed on one conveying line

4. The assembly equipment is simple structure, stable moving, easy to maintenance.
