A type chicken layer battery cage is one kind of most popular poultry equipment used for chicken farming. 1.Cage and Frame
Cage dimension: 1950x450x(390-340)mm per unit
Entirely hot galvanized mesh, horizontal sliding gate, bottom mesh/rear mesh/partition mesh: 2.5mm thick, upper mesh: 2.5mm thick, front mesh/gate: 3.8mm thick.
Cage Frame:
Hot-dipped steel plate punched & formed one-time; not easy to rust.
Install by strong stainless nuts & bolts
2.Feeding system
Feed is transferred from silo to the hopper in chicken house by auger, then automatically transfer feed to the feed pan on cage.
Travelling feeding hopper (ceiling type)
For chicken layer battery cage, this travelling hopper is used more often because of its lower cost. The quantity of hoppers depend on how many lines of cages in chicken house.
Trolley feeder (ladder type)
Trolley feeder with distributor runs very stably and smoothly, saving feed, labors and time. Each trolley works separately , even when one trolley is broken, others still can work.
Manual feeder
This device is suitable for small farms or family chicken house, the model has the advantages of small volume, good flexibility, low cost, high efficiency, and no electricity consumption.
