15tons per day rice whitener machine is a basic complete rice hulling and milling process machines. it is consist of cleaning destoner, rice huller, paddy rice separator, rice milling machine,rice grader machine  which are connected by elevators, which can be automatic to reduce the labour. 

1) The feed hopper is used to feeding the paddy rice into the destoner which to keep other machines work. If to reduce the labour force, can use a grain suction machine. 

2) the cleaning destoner is to remove the stone and impurits from paddy rice,which can guarantee the machine work safely. 

3) Rice huller is to remove the husk from paddy rice, then get brown rice. it is rubber roller, which with low broken rice, high hulling rate. 

4) Rice husk separator is to separate the brown rice hulled well from paddy rice not hulled. well hulled brown rice into rice mill machine. not hulled paddy rice can be returned back to rice huller for hulling once more. 

5) Rice mill machine is sand rollers, to make the brown rice more white. with low broken rate,high yielding rate. 

6) Rice grader machine is to separate the broken rice from the well rice. which to make the white rice good appearance.

2) What's the moisture content of the paddy rice  required ? --around 13-15%

3)how is the payment ? --50% by TT as deposits, balance be paid before delivery. also can be via trade assurance.
