1.What is your MOQ? Could I mix styles and colors? A:For our brand watches, the MOQ start from 10pcs. For OEM orders, MOQ start from 300pcs per model, mixed colour is acceptable. 2. Could I get samples before place a bulk order? A: Yes, we accept the new mould sample. 3. What’s your payment terms? A: For Our branded items, our distributor will arrange payment 100% in advance generally. For OEM/ODM orders(customize logo, new design ect.), 30% Deposit, 70% balance against delivery. 4. Will you supply customized design drawing or LOGO pattern? A:Yes, we can make your customized designs drawing or LOGO pattern. We can make your logo on any of our watches. 5. What's the delivery time ? A: For Ailuo & ROSDN branded items in stock , after you confirm and make payment , 1~3 working days we can delivery.
