Q: What ifl need the cooling only type AC?
A. Yes, we could offer it for you, cooling only,heating only, or for both are available
Q: Shipping&price term?
A: Both FOB/CIF/CFR price term are ok. we have reliable forwarder helping arrange the shipment for you.
Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: Our company guarantees that from product installation, commissioning and acceptance within one year, if the product itself has quality problems, our company is responsible for free warranty. If the product exceeds our warranty period, we will also provide you an appropriate paid service within a reasonable range.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance balance before shippment.
Q: How do l pay?
A: TT and LC are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance to bepaid by TT before shipment.
Q: How do you pack the products?
A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid bycustomers.
