 Experimental Example

Mean Ct value detected by real-time PCR

After extracting RNA of AIV-H5 (10^-6, 10^-7, 10^-8 dilution gradient) using TIANGEN Magnetic Viral DNA/RNA Kit and relevant product from Supplier T respectively, the virus RNA was detected by real-time PCR using TIANGEN SuperReal PreMix plus. The results show that compared with the product of Supplier T, TIANGEN Magnetic Viral DNA/RNA Kit has lower Ct value, and the yield is slightly higher, especially for low concentration samples.
