Q1.How can I get samples products?
1.Provide existing product sample free(less than 10pcs),and clients pay for shipping cost.
2.If mold available but no stock, then clients will be charge for small amount of sample production cost(usd 20dollars) and shipping cost.
3.For custom samples with clients’ specification and design, clients will be charged for shipping cost and mold fee. Mold fee is based on products’ specification and design, and it is not refundable up on sample order confirmation. Samples production takes 10 working days.
Q2.How do we place order and receive products?
Step 1:Enquiry and send your design sketch or your logo to confirm if your design is feasable.
Step 2:Make the sketch for your approval
Step 3:Make the mould after you confirmed the design and paid the mould fee
Step 4:Send the samples or pictures for your approval once the mould finished,usually will take about 5-7working days after your payment
Step 5:Mass productiion when you cofirmed the samples and pai
