Primed and ready to paint. Easily work for machining, cut and drill.

Surface finishing

White gesso and water-based primer is applied, coating is applied equally on all sides with strong adhesion to the wood substrate. Product to be sanded and buffed to remove surface imperfections and to insure smooth surfaces.

Glue and gesso and primer

Environmentally-friendly. Waterproof glue and gesso and primer are applied if required.

Moisture content

Kiln dried to a moisture content of 8%-12%.

Gesso thickness

Not greater than 0.3mm.

Dimension and tolerance

Customized size and profile. (Width: +/-0.3mm, Thickness: +/-0.3mm, length: +1mm)

Quality control

No defects allowed like deformation (bowing, crook, warping, cupping, twist), bleed through, open finger joint, pith, color variation, stain, machine mark, dent, big or dead knot, crack, breaking, split, scratch, wrinkle, peeling off coating.
