  A: YES. FREE sample is available, only the freight fee is paid by buyer.

   A: Yes, we are glad to receive your customize requests, the colors, shapes, dimension, hardness, grain printing, 3D   patterning,  capacities and functions; meanwhile the M.O.Q. should be considered.

4. What kind of payment method that you offer?

5. How about import customs fee?

   A: Please pay attention: Our sales will declare the custom value as customers require normally.  Import duties, taxes and charges   are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges are the buyers' responsibility.   Please check with your country   customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. If the goods were   turned back or destroyed for   unable customs-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.
