* FOOD GRADE SAFETY - BPA Free material for storing raw and cooked foods in freezer, sous vide cooking and microwave (Note: Bags to be punctured before heating in microwave and to be less than 60 seconds on Med Low heat). NO chemical exudation, NO solvent, NO heavy metal residue & NO smell.

* HEAVY-DUTY COMMERCIAL GRADE QUALITY - Designed with 3 mil Front Panel, 4 mil embossed back panel for maximum protection & food freshness up to 5 times longer than traditional packaging. Finished thickness is 0.08mm for glossy side and 0.22mm for embossed side. Prevent freezer-burn, icing and dehydration. 7 layers co-extruded (NOT LAMINATED) embossed process makes it more strong & more resistant for puncturing and tearing.

* WORKS WITH ALL VACUUM SEALER MACHINES - Universal bag design working with all clamp-type food vacuum heat sealer systems. Easy to use. A food and money saver.

* ROLLS--CUSTOMIZE LENGTH TO FIT ANY FOOD YOU STORE: Cut the roll to whatever length you need means no more wasted material or precarious "doesn't quite fit" scenarios.

Q1. Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?

A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the sample cost, but we will return the sample cost when you place bulk order. And courier cost for sample will be paid by buyer.

Q2. What about the lead time for sample?

A:Sample lead time is 2-5 days, mass production time is about 20-50 days subject to order quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ quantity for mass order? And what about OEM order?

A: QTY 100-500pcs for standard packing--white inner box and master carton.
MOQ 1000 for OEM order.

Q4. How to proceed order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements including product, package and certificate.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements.
Thirdly buyer confirm the sample and all details as well as paying deposit for bulk order.
Fourthly We arrange the production and inspection after bulk ready. 3rd party inspection accepted.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on vacuum sealer product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before ordering and confirm the design based on our sample.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer one year warranty to our products.

Q7: What is your terms of payment ?

A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Or as agreed in contract.

Q8: How about your quality?

A:Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%.

Q9: Is there any certification for your products?

A: Yes, we got those certifications such as CE, EMC, LVD, ROHS, ETL, GS, CB, LFGB, REACH, SCCP, PAHS and ERP. If you require any other certification, further discussion needed.
