Semi automatic smt screen printer stencil printer/screen printers of printing machine
1. Microcomputer control, touch screen display, menu operation interface.
2. The scraper floats. (Similar to the MPM automatic printing machine, the scraper can float freely up and down and automatically adjust to the level of the steel mesh).
3. The pressure of the scraper is adjustable, (the pressure of the scraper against the steel mesh can be adjusted according to the length of different types of scrapers).
4. Equipped with frequency converter speed regulation system, the blade runs at a stable speed;
5. Work operation adopts two-handed key switch operation, safe and reliable.
6. In the touch screen menu, it is possible to independently set the pause time of the steel mesh as a whole.
7. PCB board positioning and fixing methods include reference hole positioning, reference edge positioning and reference hole reference edge simultaneous positioning, template positioning and many other different precise positioning forms.
8. Time display function, automatic counting function of printing times and screen protection function are provided in the touch screen.
9. Equipped with adjustable scraper speed and emergency stop safety function.
10. Printing mode: single, double and double start (menu setting is optional).
11. Printing work status: automatic/semi-automatic/inching three printing status (menu setting optional).
12. The worktable with large cast iron seat is stable and free from jitter.
