Our green tea is made from tea leaves grown in Japan, which are all deep steamed. The deep steaming process takes longer to steam leaves than the light steaming process.
It removes bitterness from leaves and causes the leaves to become powdery. That helps to bring out more of the nutrition within leaves, a rich green color and a rich, mellow taste.
Our carefully selected green tea have a beautiful green color, and balanced unique (umami) and astringent flavor. Their high quality of the leaves are grown in tea fields surrounded by the beautiful nature of Japan, which are produced with great care and sophisticated technology.
This enables to produce a beautiful color and splendid flavor of green tea drinks and sweets such as latte, ice cream, chocolates and baked confectionaries, mixed with the green tea. It is also widely used in Japanese cuisine including soba and tempura, as well as pasta and omelets etc.
