Q4: How do you solve the problem if we receive defective goods?
Re: Kindly pls provide the pictures or video, We will send you the replacement for free.
Q5: What is your terms of payment and delivery?
Re: We accept TT, DP, Western Union, LC and Trade assurance delivery. Our delivery terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF.
Q6: What's your lead time?
Re: Usually, samples take 2-3days. And mass production depends on order quantity.
For example It takes 7-12days for 1000pcs.
