The preparatory work
1. Materials and construction tools Machines and tools: agitator, mixing bucket, brush, broom, scraper, etc
2. The base surface should be smooth, dry and clean without oil stains. Tools such as scraper and broom should be used to clean surfaces of floating ash and other sundries.
Construction requirements:
1) Base coating construction, evenly coat the film material on the base surface, do not pile up or expose white during coating, the coating quantity should be 0.2-0.3kg/㎡, the base coating should be cured for more than 5h for the next process construction.
2) Waterproof coating construction: the coating material should be used several times in small amount to make the film thickness even and reduce bubbles.Coating quantity 0.4-0.5kg/㎡ is appropriate. After coating, it is generally required to solidify for more than 5h. When the finger contact is basically non-sticky, the second coating shall be carried out in the vertical direction.
3) At the negative corner where the bottom plate is connected with the wall, it is advisable to lay fiber non-woven cloth for reinforcement.Pipes,Equipment foundation floor leakage around, the Yin and Yang Angle of the ground should be enhanced coating brush, the wall from the ground within 30 cm to coat film, and coating brush 3-4 times, the plane base coating brush 2-3 times is appropriate.
