Q1. Are you a trading company or a manufaturer?
A1: We are a trading company with 8 years of experience in the bag industry, and have stable cooperation with many professional factories.

Q2. What's your MOQ?
A2: 100pcs for stock, 300pcs for customization. It will be different based on your specific order.

Q3. May I get a sample for testing its quality? How about the cost?
A3: Yes, of course. Free sample is available if it's existing on hand. If not, you should pay for the sample. And the freight is always borne by you.

Q4. How about the sample time?
A4: Around 7-14 working days.

Q5. How long does it take for bulk production?
A5:

1) If they are in stock, normally within 5-10 working days.
2) If they are out of stock, normally within 15-20 working days based on the actual quantity.
3) If they need to reopen the mold, normally around 30 working days.

Q6. Is it possible to put my own logo on products? Any extra cost?
A6: Yes, it is. OEM & OEM service with non-disclosure agreement is acceptable, please kindly send us your design in AI/CAD/PDF file. And the price depends on the workmanship you prefer.

Q7. What's your payment term?
A7: Generally, 30% deposit by T/T, balance by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight before shipment. It's negotiable according to your specific order.

Q8. When can I receive my price?
A8: We will send you the quotation within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If it's an urgent order, please kindly call us for help.

Q9. What if I don't satisfy the quality of sample or bulk production?
A9:

Firstly, we will confirm all details before production for every sample or every order.
Secondly, before bulk production, we will get a prenatal sample for your comfirmation, then will start the production; before shipment, we will send you the photos of sampling or prenatal sample for your check.
Any problems will be solved before shipment.
