STRUCTURE:
PROPERTIES:
Used in polyester and its blended fabrics brightening, and applicable in both exhaust and padding dyeing. This product is of high light fastness(grade 7-8), excellent stability against acid, alkali, hard water, peroxide and chlorite bleaching.
DIRECTION FOR USAGE:
1.Exhaust dyeing under high temperature
Dosage: EBF-L 0.1-1.0% o.w.f. Dispersant: 0.5-1g/l
Acetic acid adjustment PH= 4.5-5.5
Temperature: 120-130℃ Time: 20-40min
2.Continuous padding
Dosage: EBF-L 2-10g/l
Temperature: 180-185℃ Time: 30sec.
Dip and squeeze: pick up 60-100%
3.Single-stage optical brightening and resin finishing
Dosage: EBF-L 1-10g/l Silicone softener: 10-40g/l
Baking time: 130℃ 1min. Dip and squeeze: pick up 40-60%
Cure time: 160-185℃ 2-3min.

Should be stored in cool and dry place.
