INSTRUCTIONS: 

To Activate

• Bend the metal disc to activate.

• Knead the pad until it becomes a slushy texture.

• Place it on desired areas.

 

To Reuse

When the pack cools and becomes solid,wrap with a towel and place in boiling water for 10 to 20 minutes.The pack will return to a liquid state.It will then be ready to re-activate at any time.

 

Caution: 

• For external use only,do not use on broken or bruised skin.

• Keep out of reach of children. Bag may contain silica gel.This is not a toy.

• In the event of overheating, allow to return to room temperature and inspect all seams and condition of the product.

Do not use if damaged and discard immediately.

• If contents touch skin or eyes,rinse with running water.
