Product name: Textile softener
Ternary copolymer silicone oil is a new generation of amino silicone oil, which can be emulsified by appropriate surfactants and used as water-based softener and smoothing agent due to its structure of a special hydrophilic reactive amino group. After emulsification, the product is used as softener and smoothing agent. It can be used alone or in combination with other silicone or softeners.
It can give the fabric durability of softness, wrinkle resistance, high hydrophilicity and lubricity, suitable for the soft and smooth treatment of cotton, hemp, wool, and other fibers and their blended fabrics. The product can also be used for the soft treatment of leather base cloth, the use of the process will not produce sticky roll phenomenon.

Emulsification method
The emulsification work can be carried out in a high shear emulsifier, reaction kettle or homogenizer. Different concentrations between 5-80% can be emulsified according to the requirements.
Recommended formula: 20% emulsion
Instruction (Cold water conditions):
1. Add 10 parts of emulsifier (Lutensol TO-5: TO-7=1:1) and 50 parts of SCD-8090 silicone and stir at high speed for 5 minutes;
2. Slowly add 240 parts of water under stirring conditions, stir at high speed for 10 minutes, and stir evenly;
3. Add 0.6 parts of glacial acetic acid, adjust the PH value to about 7, and stir at high speed for 10 minutes. At this time, the emulsion should be in a transparent state;
4. Filter and pack, add water to dilute directly to different concentrations.
20% emulsion usage method
- 20% emulsion can be used for dipping method, padding method or spraying method, can be used in combination with other softeners and smoothing agents, or can be used alone.
- Please use it as soon as possible after it is made into emulsion. Impurities in the water at low concentration will affect the stability of the fluid.
- The formula and dosage depend on the finishing effect.
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging: plastic drum, each piece of 50, 120, 200 Kg.
- Transport: Be transported as non-dangerous goods.
- Attention: the pollution of heavy metal ion, strong acid and strong base should be prevented.
- Storage: It can be stored under normal temperature to avoid direct sunlight, and its shelf life is 12 months in the original storage drums.
