The inspection method of mold performance
(1) Check the status of working parts. If the working parts of the mold such as convex and concave molds, if the cavity is cracked, broken and severely worn, if the gap between the convex and concave molds is uniform, if the gap size is appropriate, if the edge of the punching die is sharp, and if the surface of the cavity model cavity is smooth .
(2) Check each working system. The working systems of the mold if coordinated and can work normally.
(3) Check the guidance system. Check the guide device is worn, whether the gap between the guide column and the guide sleeve becomes larger, and whether the relative position is correct.
(4) Check pusher and unloading device. Check the pushing piece and the unloading device move flexibly and smoothly, with or without wear and deformation.
(5) Check the positioning device. Check the positioning device of the mold is reliable, whether there is looseness and position deviation.
(6) Check the mold safety protection device. Check the safety protection device of the mold is intact, safe or reliable.
