3. Use range of fluoroplastic centrifugal pump:
1. Pressure resistance limit: The pressure resistance limit is 1.0MPa. It should be noted that the output pressure of the pump cannot exceed the pressure resistance limit.
2. Operating temperature range: -20 ~ 100 ℃;
ambient temperature change range: 0 ~ 40 ℃
; ambient humidity change range:35~85%RH.
3. If the operating temperature is in the range of 100℃~150℃, the overcurrent parts are made of high temperature fluoroplastics.

4. Precautions before using fluoroplastic centrifugal pump
1. Centrifugal pumps are forbidden to be transported by air, and the minimum flow rate when the pump is running: 35% of the design point.
2. If cavitation occurs while the pump is running, it must be stopped within 1 minute.
3. The temperature change of the medium should be controlled within 40℃. Excessive temperature rise/fall may cause damage to pump parts.
4. If there is a sudden power failure while the pump is running, you must immediately turn off the power and close the outlet valve.
5. The noise of the pump is ≤95dB. If vibration and noise occur, it should be stopped and checked to eliminate the fault before it can work.
6. The inlet diameter of the pump is less than 150mm: Grease lubricated bearings are selected, and it is forbidden to add oil to the bearing box.
5.Remarks
1. If the specific gravity of the medium exceeds 1.3g/cm3, it is recommended that the customer appropriately increase the power of the supporting motor.
2. When the medium contains HF acid or some special medium, specific accessories must be replaced for the specific medium.
3. If the flow at the operating point is too small, the outlet should be connected to the return pipe, please consult the company's technical department for details.
6. Fluorine plastic centrifugal pump starts and runs
(1) Start
1. Check whether the pump runs in the correct direction. When checking the direction of the motor, you can first disconnect the coupling to confirm.
Connect the coupling after the steering is correct, or confirm whether the steering is in accordance with the direction indicated by the steering instruction in a jog mode .
2. For pumps with oil-lubricated bearings, inject lubricating oil into the bearing box to the horizontal center of the oil standard

After 1500 hours, all oil changes should be performed once. The lubricating oil should be N46 mechanical oil.
3. Turn the coupling by hand, feel it should be easy, light and even, and pay attention to distinguish whether there is friction sound and difference in the pump .Noise such as rolling objects should be eliminated.
4. Open the inlet valve to supply the liquid source during backfilling. When pumping up, the pump must be filled with liquid.
(2) Operation
1. The unit is put into trial operation for 5~10 minutes. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into operation. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be put into operation.
2. Always check the temperature rise of the pump and motor. The temperature rise of the bearing should not be greater than 40°C, and the limit temperature is not large at 90°C, for insulated motors, the temperature rise at an ambient temperature of 40°C is 90°C.The temperature limit is 130°C.
3. When the device head of the pump is less than the rated head of the pump, the outlet valve must be closed, and it is necessary to stop and check immediately.The operation can only be continued after troubleshooting.
(3) Shutdown
1. Close the outlet valve first, and then cut off the motor power.
2. Close the inlet valve.
3. Keep the outside of the pump and the environment clean.
4. After the shutdown, if the ambient temperature is lower than the liquid solidification temperature, the liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent frost cracking.
5. For pumps that have been out of service for a long time, in addition to draining away the corrosive liquid in the pump, the pump must also be rinsed with clean water The cavity, especially the sealing parts, should be rinsed carefully and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be sealed and kept properly.
7. Repair and maintenance
1. Check the pump and motor regularly and replace the wearing parts.
2. When the pump is not used for a long period of time, the pump should be cleaned and the power supply should be cut off.
3. Dry running is strictly prohibited. If the pump is outdoors, rain-proof measures should be taken to prevent the motor from burning after being damp.
