A: We use the imported battery of Samsung and LG brands that we have cooperation with as our power tool battery cell, 100% high quality and safe.
Q: Can you guys accept customized order ? I don't see my wanted product on your list. A: Yes, we can accept customized order.Because of alibaba's rule ,we can't put much low-access products on our list.So If you want any battery pack ,like 9Ah power tool battery, please contact with us freely, we will give you the best answer.
Q: How is your delivery date and shipping? A: Normally, our delivery data is about 7 days after confirmed, but it also depends on the quantity and your location situation. And we usually use FedEx, DHL, UPS and other maritime transport methods. Please inform us in advance if you have a request for transportation.
