Automatic EPS foam block production line (3 meter)


I.   The 3-meter complete automatic EPS polystyrene board production line is composed of 8 pieces.


1)   Automatic 140PLC microcomputer controlled foaming machine (1 set) The raw material EPS is changed into pellets, and the foam density is determined by the foaming machine; automatic feeding, feeding, intake (steam), discharging


2)   Drying bed (1 set 4*1*0. 8 meters) The wet granules produced by the foaming machine are dried in the shortest time, automatically smashed and agglomerated, automatically fed and automatically blown.


3)   Maturation warehouse (6*2*2 m/piece) The dried granules are matured in the curing chamber to make the graphite EPS particles achieve the best elasticity, and the produced foam sheets are smooth and smooth, and the flat setting is 8-12


4)   Transition warehouse (6*1.5*2 m/piece) The matured granules are sent to the transition chamber through the fan


5)   Automatic 3-meter molding machine (3*1.2*0.6 m/block) The particles are sucked into the machine through the fan negative pressure method, and instantly formed into a large foam board.


6)   Drying room (12*7*3 m/room), put the formed plate into the drying room to prevent deformation and bending

1)  Automatic 140 foaming machine (First and second pre-expansion)


The foaming machine is a special equipment for the polystyrene raw material to be expanded by steam to form granular polystyrene particles to achieve the desired apparent density before the EPS plate is formed. The machine automatically feeds, automatically discharges, automatic air intake, automatic pressure discharge, beautiful appearance, convenient use, simple structure, sturdy and durable, easy maintenance, less power consumption, one person operation, high work efficiency, low labor intensity, The production cost is greatly reduced. The machine is equipped with a thermometer, a pressure gauge, a control cabinet, and controls the temperature and pressure through the button cabinet. The EPS material is pre-formed into the desired density of polyphenylene particles in the reactor. The foaming machine is the first necessary equipment for the polystyrene board production line, and the density of the polystyrene board is determined by the foaming machine.

2)  Block molding machine


The molding machine further heats, expands and cools the granules which are matured in the aging chamber to obtain a certain size of the blasting product mold. The mature polyphenylene particles are sucked into the cavity of the molding machine through a fan, and the high-temperature steam is directly introduced into the cavity through the pores of the mold wall in a short time, the air is not heated, and the heat is expanded, and the foaming agent gas in the particles generates pressure. The infiltrated water vapor also increases the gas pressure, and the total pressure within the particles causes the foam to expand, causing the particles to soften by heat. Due to the limitation of the cavity of the molding machine, the expanded particles are forced to fill the respective voids of the entire cavity, and are completely bonded into a whole body, and finally sintered into the same shape in the film cavity, and after being cooled and shaped, the mold is taken out from the mold, that is, Certain size foam products

3)  Polystyrene particle drying bed


After the polystyrene raw material is foamed out from the foaming machine, it becomes polystyrene granule. Since a large amount of water is contained in the polystyrene foaming process in the reaction vessel, the direct entering of the aging chamber often causes agglomeration or clogging of the fan. It is not easy to enter the warehouse. The moisture from the reactor is evaporated by the high temperature of the drying bed and the wind blows. Some agglomerated particles are retained on the mesh surface through the screen, sucked into the small crusher through a small fan, and then sucked into the ripening chamber. Within the waste, waste is reduced. The drying bed reduces the aging time of the granules, improves the working efficiency, and shortens the production time of the granules to the slab. The drying bed performs the first drying of the particles to maximize the chemical molecules in the particles, providing optimum conditions for the particles to have great elasticity and internal vacuum.


It stays on the net surface, is sucked into the small crusher through a small fan, and then sucked into the ripening bin. The waste utilization reduces the trim. The drying bed reduces the aging time of the granules, improves the working efficiency, and shortens the production time of the granules to the slab. 4)  EPS block cutting machine


The cutting machine is a special machine for cutting the eps board after cooling and cooling in a fixed drying room into different sizes.
