Q. What is your main products? A: Stainless steel fasteners, specially security screw, such as torx screw, TRI wing screw, Triangle bolt, socket bolt, etc, OEM and ODM are supported.
Q. What is your MOQ? A. For standard fasteners, no MOQ, for customized fasteners, 5000pcs to 100000pcs base on size and details items.
Q. Do you accept DEM & ODM? A: Of course ! We support OEM & ODM! We can make the products according to customers drawing. Our company is experienced in making it and has already provide this service to many customers around the world. If you do not have drawing, show us your idea, we will design for you.
Q. What is your payment method? A: Small order: Western union, paypal or alibaba tradeassurance suggest, Bulk order: 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment .For small order less than 3000USD, we suggest you pay TT 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges.
Q. Can you provide samples ? A: Sure, for standard fasteners samples are available, but not including express charge , for special fasteners, base on detail drawing and request.
Q. How long is your delivery time? A: For standard fasteners it take 1-3days. For OEM or ODM products, it takes 10-15 days depend on actual items and quantity.
