A: First, each order will make mass production before PP sample confirmed.
Second, we have our own QC to ensure the products is qualified and pass the AQL2.5 test before shipping.
Q: What's the leadtime?
A: For stock products we can ship within 7-10 days, for OEM products normally around 30-35 days.
Shipping by sea takes 1 month at least, so we suggest send enquiry to us at least 2-3 months before the date you want receive the products in your country.
Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Some items we can provide free samples but freight on your side.
For OEM sample we need sample fee, the sample fee will be fully refund when ordering.
