The control panel is Quadruplication protection control panel, with the display of frequency table/water temperature/schedule/battery voltmeter. The genset with low oil pressure, high water temperature, over speed emergency, stop and other pre-protection.
The producing progress of generator divide into 8 steps

The enclosure body is made of 2.5mm thickness CRCA/cold rolling cold annealing , and installed on the metallic structural plate frame, it is durable. We use laser cutting, cut steel into the requested size, bend them into different part by machine, final welding into a completed canopy part. Before spray painting, we will assemble these canopy parts into enclosure mould.Worker will fine finish each part into good performance. All canopy components adopt assemblage design. After high-temperature baking, powdered resin coating has some advantage of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, chemical action resistance and so on. Painted canopy , diesel engine , alternator and control system will be assembled into a completed diesel generator set by skilled workers. Each diesel generator set have been got through 2 hours load test for running 0%, 25%,50%, 75%, 100% and 110% load, all protective devices and control function are simulated and checked before packed into standard plastic film and plywood case.
