A1: Our factory is established from 1988,located in Rui an,Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 1 hour by air and 3-4 hours by train from Shanghai.
Q2: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A2: All machines are doing 24 hours running test to ensure quality.
Q3: How about the payment term?
A3: 30% downpayment and pay the balance before shipment after testing the machine in our factory.
Q4:What about warranty and do the engineers available to overseas?
A4: one year for mechnical parts,half year for electrical parts. if you need our enginner to go to your factory,you need to bear his all costs. such as visa,hotels,eating and lodging at your side. salary USD100/day.
