A:The product size can be customized, but due to the special characteristic of the rice straw, there is an optimal value for the diameter and length. For special sizes, there will be extra expense for customized mold according to your requirements.

A:Generally for regular color and size, we have stable stock so we can ship immediately. For customized color and size, it depends on the schedule of the factory. Generally no more than 15 days.
