Operating principles
Housed inside the casing, the impeller rotates in conjunction with the pump shaft. with this arrangement, the impeller blades convey energy to the fluid in the form of kinetic energy and pressure energy.
This pump is not rever sible by simple by simple reversal of the direction of rotation,the direction of rotation is clockwise when the pump is viewed from the rear side of the motor.
Design and features
The is mainly composed of a pump body, a pump base, and a motor part. Each part is connected by a bolt. The supporting feet of the base can be freely adjusted to facilitate installation without a fixed mounting base. The outlet pipe can be installed vertically or horizontally according to different needs.
It adopts a smooth transition, rigid structure and thick-walled design. The parts including the pump body, pump cover, impeller part and the part in contact with the material are all made of stainless steel (AISI316 or AISI304). Mechanical shaft seals are made of high quality stainless steel and silicon carbide. Greatly improved wear resistance and moisturization, extending the useful life.
The pump body and the impeller adopt the integral precision casting and surface of all parts are treated. With special fixtures to assist installation, ensuring an accurate dimensional clearance. The shaft seal adopts the open type structure, so even a small amount of leakage at the shaft seal can be observed in time. It also ensures that even if the leakage is not noticed within a short time, it will not overflow in the motor, thus ensuring a good service life of the motor.

Working Principle
The liquid gains energy during movement through the impeller, and leaves the outer edge of the impeller at a high speed into the scroll casing, and then decelerates in the volute due to the gradual enlargement of the flow channel, and converts part of the kinetic energy into static pressure energy. The higher pressure finally flows in a tangential direction out of the pipe. While the liquid is forced from the center of the impeller to the outer edge, a vacuum forms at the center of the impeller. One end of the suction line of the pump communicates with the center of the impeller, and the other end is immersed in the delivered liquid. Under the action of the pressure between the liquid surface pressure (usually atmospheric pressure) and the pressure inside the pump (negative pressure), the liquid enters the pump through the suction pipe, as long as the impeller keeps rotating, the pump will continue to inhale and discharge liquid. The pump mainly rely on high-speed rotation of the centrifugal force generated by the impeller to transport liquid, that is why it is called centrifugal pump.

Quality control is very important to avoid material mixing and poor quality.We control the quality from beginning to the end.We only have 304 and 316L two different materials.100% inspection on raw material.During production,different materials in different place.After materials are finished,we choose 10% for inspection.If there is 0.1% problem in 10%,then no excuse to go ahead for inspecting 100% of the materials.

For normal production in 7-10days.For bulk order in 15-25days.

One year warranty for all of our stainless steel products.Gaskets are not included due to the different application for customers.
