Q1. Can you provide free sample? A1. We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge sample fee, after place order, we will refund the sample fee.
Q2. What's your MOQ? A2. 100pcs as usual, we can discuss about it.
Q3. What is your delivery time? A3. Generally 5 days after payment for stocks, 20 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products & quantity.
Q4. What's the payment term? A4. Payment by Western Union or Alibaba escrow, T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.
Q5. How to start order with you? A5. For the stocks, you could place order directly. For customized orders, let us know your requirements or application. And we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Then you confirms the samples and places deposit for order. Afterall, we arrange the production of the agreed product.
