We like to say our watches are “splash safe” - from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. But our watches are not designed to be completely submerged under water. So take note to remove your watch when taking showers or taking a dip in the ocean!
2, What type of movement does BOBO BIRD watches come with?
Our customers deserve high quality watch parts! BOBO BIRD watches are equipped with the Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement - built to last!
Engraving
1, Where do I write my engraving message?
Engraving is available for all of our models (sunglasses and watches). For the watches, we can engrave message on the dial, backcase, buckle and wooden box. For the sunglasses, we can engrave message inside and outside of the frame and box.

1, I need to change something on my order, what can I do?
Please contact us right away! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.
2, How long will it take for my order to arrive my country?
Usually we use DHL transport (3-5 days) to keep fast delivery.

Our warranty time is 1 year. If there are some problems with our quality, you just need to send us pictures or vides and then we will send you a new one without rebacking the broke watches to us.
