Above is the whole procedures of how we inspect all the parts of our products. Below is how we do for some main procedures.
1, Check the surface of the case and make sure no obvious holes, spots and scratches. make sure the plating and color are Uniform.
2, Inspect and make sure every piece of dial qualified, no scratches, no spots and well painted and marked.
3, Make sure all the leather straps are well stitched and no damage on the leather. Make sure the stainless steel straps are soft and smooth. check all the buckles are working in good condition.
4, Make sure the logo in the right position.
5, Inspecting time working and date working.
6, Putting 20pcs watch at a time into a cystosepiment after the first QC, setting the same time and leave them for 24 hours. After that, checking the time if they're all the similar. Picking out defectives if the time is not the similar as others. So as the rest watches.
7, Water resistant testing for each piece of watch.
8, Assembling the strap, pasting protective film and cleaning. When pasting, checking if the time is accurate, strap well assembled, buckle tight or not.
9, Packaging Checking. When packaging, we'll make a last check to see if the whole watch good.
