1. RAW MATERIAL

2.PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT

  Modern and effective production equipments come from Germany, and the GMP workshop is orgainzed and managed according to the German management procedures. Ensuring the quality which is the most concerned.

 

3.QUALITY CONTROL

  All the test items accord to EU standard.

  For the microbial count, the EU standard is less than 100/g, and Pearlpurin test standard is less than 50/g.

  For the pearl protein, the EU standard is between 1.35% and 2.7%, and Pearlpurin test standard is more than 1.8% and less than 2.7%. (If the content is higher than 3%, the pearl powder must be false, because the protein content of the highest quality pearls is less than 3%)

  For the heavy metal, the EU standard is below:

  Pb is less than 0.5mg/kg

  As is less than 0.5mg/kg

  Hg is less than 0.1mg/kg

  Pearlpurin standard is the same with EU standard.

  For the Mesh, all the mesh passed 6000 mesh, not just partially meet the requirement.
