Asphalt Shingle Installation
The diameter of nails should be 2.8mm at least, the diameter of nail top should be more then 9mm, the length is 25mm, which should go through the roof panel 19mm at least. if the thickness of the roof panel is less than 19mm, the nail should be able to go through it.
The correct method of fixing nail is:
A. The nails must be galvanized rust treatment.
B. Each shingle should use 6nails in correct positions.
C. The nails should be nailed straightly, and the top cap keep flat to the shingle.
The nails located 16mm above the decorative seam, the distance from both sides of the center of each decorative seam is 25mm.
