A:MIM (Metal Injection Molding) is a manufacturing technology that combines the shape making complexity of Plastic Injection Molding with the material flexibility of Powder Metallurgy.

2. If I send you a 3D cad (.step) file, why do you need 2D drawings?
The 3 CAD files are helpful, but most do not include tolerances or additional notes that may apply to the part, which is why the 2D drawings are needed.

3. Can you sign our NDA before we provide sensitive project information?
To expedite your request for a quote, we suggest signing our NDA form. We can use your form if that is necessary, just know that it may slow the RFQ process

4. Why choose Metal Injection Molding technology (MIM)?
1). MIM parts (Metal injection molding parts) have an significant advantage in producing small, highly complex metal components. While conventional technologies such as PM, machining or casting can't produce it or its cost is very high.
2). Part weight is 1~100g.
3). Part thinckness is thin and need high strength which PM and precision casting can't manufacture.
