1. Are you a manufacturer?
Of course, we are. Our factory is located in Fu'an, Fujian.
2. How about the warranty?
We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship for 13 months from the date of the bill of lading. We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage casused by accident or abuse.
3. What are the payment terms?
For new clients, if the amount is less than US$10,000, 30% deposit by T/T, the rest will be paid before shipment. If the amount exceeds than US$10,000, 30% deposit by T/T, the rest will be paid as per the copy of the bill of lading. We can also accept the payment term of LC if the amount exceeds US$20,000.
4. What is the MOQ?
For a 220-240V/50Hz pump - Peripheral pumps - 200PCS Submersible pumps- 100PCS
For other voltage and frequency pumps - 200PCS
5. How about the lead time?
The goods will be ready within 45-60 days after receiving the deposit.
