A4: Of course you can. We can provide bags in stock as samples freely. You only need to pay the express cost. If you need samples bags printed with your own design, please contact us for more details.
Q5: For artwork design, what kind of format is available for you?
A5: AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, PSD, high resolution JPG. If you still do not have your artwork, we can offer blank templates for you to make designs on it. We also have designer to make customized design.
Q6: What about the lead time for mass production?
A6: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. Generally speaking, production lead time is 15 - 20 days.
Q7: What's your terms of delivery?
A7: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
Q8: How do you ship the products?
A8: By sea, by air, or by express(DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, etc.) according to your requirements.
By Sea: about 3 - 30 days. Please advise your port in your enquiry for quoting, will quote for you specifically.
