1) Can we have sample to test?

Yes,we can offer one or two samples for clients to test with charging. When clients place an order, we will pay the sample fee back.

2) Do you have MOQ limited?

For Hengfeng brand, we do small bulk wholesale. That means even one carton is acceptable. For OEM, MOQ is 300-500 PCS depend on your require model details and packing.

3) What is delivery time?

For HENGFENG brand,we have stock. That means we can ship within one week. For OEM, it is usually 45days. If we can confirm packing fast delivery time can be shorter.

4) Do you factory do OEM?

Yes,We do OEM and ODM.

5) What is the payment term?

The payment term is 30% T/T in advance, the balance 70% T/T against the copy of B/L for new client. Other payment term is also acceptable.

6) What certificate do you have?

We have CCC, ISO 9001 and CE.

7) What is your packing?

Plastic box and carton box(4 PCS in one carton).

8) Are you a direct manufacture or trading company?

We have our own factory and international sales department.
