6. Can we customize the voltage and plug to match our market requirement?

Both 220V and 110V are viable with any type of plug.

7. What is the warranty policy?

One year warranty.

If consumer provide the picture & video to show us there was the problem with the main body of the machine, after we confirmed it(not misoperation), we will compensate a new machine with white box(without any printing) via our agent/ distributor in your country.

8.How to ensure the quality?

We have a complete quality control system, from the accessories to the semi-finished goods and finished products, we have inspectors to check the each working procedure of  the whole production process.

Furthermore, we have our laboratory and testers to test and mark the functions and performance of our products to insure the product quality stability.
