Yaohua GRP Roofing Trims are made of fiberglass and polyester resin and continuously molded by machine. Our trims are good strength, matte surface, even thickness, precise size and clean finish. We treat the surface with special PET film, which is imported from the US, Du Pont Polyester Film. After the trim is formed, we tear the film off, so as to ensure a homogeneous matte surface. The surface of our products will be perfectly bonded with glue and liquid resin.

 

All above thicknesses are randomly selected from the same B260. The thickness required by the customer is 1.10mm, according to the Chinese National Standard GB/T 14206-2015, the thickness error range should be ±10%, but we keep it into 5%. So there's no need to worry about thickness, we're very professional.

 

In the final cutting part of production, we use laser induction cutting saw, which can ensure accurate cutting length. Generally, the length of each watt is 3 meters, and we will exceed the length required by the customer by 1 centimeter. You can see some test above the picture, you cal also check them by asking some sample trims from us. 

 

In order to reduce the dust when cutting trims, we place a water pipe next to the cutting knife, which not only reduces the dust, but cleans the trims, then we make trims stand to dry them before pack. All the trims will be wrapped with tape, 10 pieces in a bundle, which is very easy to count the total quantities. F300 are 5m length trims, we produce flat trims then 6 pieces will be rolled together into a package.
