Character
1. Battery
--We use Grade A Dynamic Lithium Battery which is exactly same as the battery used on Electric Car.
--The complete battery production process are made by ourselves, including cell sorting, aging, welding, battery module aging.
This is to guarantee the great performance of battery. But most other companies buy the battery module from others.
--Our light are designed to equip maximum 12.8V 144Ah battery. Other lights can not hold this big battery.
--Our battery are protected with single aluminum battery box to make it have real IP66 protection grade and easy replacement.
2. Led
--5050 LED Chip with maximum 220lm/W efficiency. Luminary efficiency is up to 180lm/W.
--Each Lens is composed of 8 pcs 5050 LED Chips, maximum working power is 8W, but we make the actual working power only around 1W
to 1.5W to extend the working lifetime of LED.
--Thick and Big aluminum radiator, guarantee good performance of LED Radiation, which decides the lifetime directly.
3. Aluminum Structure and Bracket
--Die Casting aluminum are largely used for brackets. Strong aluminum structure frame guarantee the safety.
--0.8mm thickness bracket plus double gear structure is unique to hold the complete light with pole.
--Reasonable wind ventilation design of whole system.
--Light installation angle is 90 degrees adjustable to match different application environment.
4. Wire
--Aviation grade silicone wire used to guarantee the safety under high temperate up to 125 degrees.
5. Warranty
--We offer the longest warranty 5 years for MnNico Ternary Lithium battery and 6 years warranty for LiFe PO4 Lithium battery.
