1. Feeding System mainly consists of Slat Chain Conveyor or Crawler Type Conveyor. Automatic feeding will be accomplished by assembling Pre-crusher or Steel Grabbing Machine. 2. Host Machine is the core component of Scrap Metal Shredder, and it mainly consists of Feeding Chute with hydraulic roller, Main Motor, Pin Puller, Principal Axis, High Voltage Motor Driver, etc. 3. Discharging System mainly composes of Vibration Feeder, Magnetics Belt Conveyor, Non-magnetics Belt Conveyor, Scrap Steel Piling Belt Conveyor, etc., and it achieves the separation, classification and pile of shredded steel and non-magnetic materials. 4. Magnetic Separation System mainly composes of upper Magnetic Separation Roller and armored Iron Separator, and it is used for separating magnetic and non-magnetic materials. 5. (optional) De-dusting System is mainly used to remove dust from crushing and magnetic separating and ensure the cleaner production of shredder, in order to meet environmental protection requirements.
