Product introduction: wood powder dryer refers to the wet sawdust with powder particles, which is continuously added into the drying pipe by screw conveyor. In the transportation and dispersion of high-speed hot air, the moisture in wet materials is evaporated to obtain powder or granular dry products. It is mainly composed of air heater, feeder, air drying pipe, cyclone separator and fan etc..

The drum dryer adopts the forward flow drying mode. The flue gas and the wet material enter the drying equipment from the same side. The high evaporation intensity can be obtained by using the high temperature flue gas. The outlet temperature of the dryer is low and the thermal efficiency is high;

The new internal structure of the dryer strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of the dispersed materials and eliminates the sticking phenomenon on the inner wall of the cylinder;
The heat source is stable and the drum drying quality is good
Pulverized coal combustion furnace or fluidized bed furnace can be used as heat source, with long-lasting heat, high temperature and good drying effect.
The wet wood powder is sent to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator and added by the feeding port. The main body of the rotary dryer is a slightly inclined cylinder which can rotate. When the material enters into the cylinder, it is dried by contacting the hot air in the cylinder in a forward or counter current manner or in effective contact with the heating wall. After drying, the product is discharged from the lower part of the other end. In the drying process, the material moves from the higher end to the lower end under the action of gravity with the help of the slow rotation of the cylinder. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a forward feed plate, which continuously picks up and sprinkles the materials, so that the thermal contact surface of the material is greatly enhanced, the drying rate is increased and the material is moved forward. After the heat carrier (hot air, flue gas) dries the materials, the dust in the narrow band is collected by the cyclone, and then emptied.
