Feature:
ZD square conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor is the lifting motor of electric hoist, without any additional
electromagnetic equipment, with automatic braking function. This series of motors have high starting torque, reliable braking, frequent starting, suitable for high ambient temperature and high head. Has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification. This series of motors is suitable for European electric hoist, the front cover flange, the frame are square, the appearance is novel, the main features are:
1. Click to connect directly with the planetary reducer built into the hoist reel, without intermediate transmission shaft,
compact structure, which can ensure high power, stable operation, low noise and no oil leakage of the electric hoist;
2. Click the protection level and adopt IP54. The brakes are equipped with asbestos-free brake rings.
3, the motor shaft choose special steel, advanced processing technology, the use of involute spline, tooth end, root thick, strong bearing capacity, high installation accuracy, to avoid spline wear, shaft broken phenomenon;
4. Install overheating protection device. When the motor temperature is too high due to circuit missing, abnormal current and voltage, excessive frequent starting, overload and other conditions, the circuit will be cut off automatically to protect the motor from damage;
