1. Q:Where is your office&factory located? A: our office is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang and the factory is located in Huangshan,Anhui Province. Welcome to visit!
2. Q: How can I get some samples to check quality? A: it will be no problem to make samples firstly but as company rules, we need to charge sample fee and it will be returned after you place an order.
3. Q:Can we use our own packaging or make our own similar designs? A: when your order reaches to MOQ, it will be packaged as you needed. If qty is less, pls contact with sales. For new designs, we can make it for you if your qty is good.
4. Q: How about the price? A: The price is for reference only which will be influenced in raw material prices or qty, please email or use trade manager to chat with sales to confirm the price again.
5. Q:which payment way is acceptable? A:We accept payment by T/T in advance, Western Union,PayPal, Alipay Escrow and for others payment methods, pls confirm with sales.
6. Q:How long it will take for the mass production? A: It depends on your quantity. If have stocks, within 7-10days. Otherwise, pls contact with sales.
7. Q: How delivery goods? A: We accept shipment by sea/air/train for big order. For small qty, we accept to ship by express. Express: UPS/TNT/DHL/FEDEX/others
