Q: What is the payment term?
A: Nomally ,
Above 50000pcs: T/T. 30% deposit, balance against the B/L copy within 10 days after departure from port.
Below 50000pcs: T/T 100% in advance.

Q:How to start a custom project with your company?
A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit .

Q:Can you do aluminum on the Spray?
Yes. Sliver, Gold, Black, and various color aluminum are available, but you shall offer us sample or Panton Number.

Q:Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our samples are free for customers who confirmed the order. But express freight cost is on buyer's account.

Q:Can we conbine many itmes size in one container?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item shall reach our MOQ.

Q:What is the normal lead time?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received your 30% deposit
C.For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

Q:What is your shipping way?
By sea, by air, or by express, etc. We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.

Q:How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle for us?
If any breakage or defect products were found, please take pictures from the original carton.
All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.
First, we will try our best to fine the problem and help you solve it; Second, if it's our quality problem, we will make up to your loss.
