We will make internal test in advance before sending the test samples to the lab. In recent 3 years our test pass rate in lab is above 99%. When with few fails, after correcting the test conditions, re-test is always pass.

 

Q: What’s your delicery time? A: Depends on quantity, artwork available time, pre-order test needed or not, pre-production sample approval time, etc. After pre-production sample confirmed, lead time can be 3 to 60 days, depends on quantity, or which product and which kind of package it is. 30 to 45 days is common for mass production.
