Q3 Do you provide individual package for each single straw? Can you print LOGO?
A:We can individually wrap each straw and use environmentally-friendly raw pulp paper. The packaging process doesn’t use glue or any other harmful ingredients. The whole packaging process is completed in the dust-free workshop. It supports 3-color printing LOGO and adopt environmentally-friendly water-based pigment printing to ensure safety. There is additional cost for individual package. Hope you can understand that.
Q4 Can you customize the size of the straw?
A:The product size can be customized, but due to the special characteristic of the sugarcane straw, there is an optimal value for the diameter and length. For special sizes, there will be extra expense for customized mold according to your requirements.
Q5 How long is the lead time?
A:Generally for regular color and size, we have stable stock so we can ship immediately. For customized color and size, it depends on the schedule of the factory. Generally no more than 30 days.
Q6 How do you ensure product safety during the transportation?
A:Due to the special nature of the material, there will inevitable damage during transportation. We have 3 packaging methods to reduce the damage to a minimum.
