Pneumatic valve shut off nozzle are commonly used to shorten cycle time by synchronizing screw dosing while mould opening, and also to prevent material leakage, compare to needle lever nozzle, the unique valve sealing design offers single pass channel with very less pressure loss and max. shot weight, and the simple structure also guaranteed the excellency in product color changing.

Assembling & Cleaning Instruction
The shut off nozzle is intergrated drive system, i.e. pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, simply apply to suitable equipment and assemble nozzle by thread to the barrel head, make sure to check if the assembling space is enough or not prior to installation.
In case of cleaning situation, consult our staff first, in general, the nozzle is self cleaned by injection pressure and not suggest to disassemble randomly in case of matching problems.
