DL-801 AND DL-869 are special PVC processing aids basing on Poly(styrene-Acrylonitrile) developed by our company. Comparing with general purpose acrylic processing aid,they have the higher molecular weight and viscosisty,they are designed by our company for cost-saving purpose owing to the balance of cost and performance.DL-801and DL-869 all have the faster fusion. In PVC process they don’t have almost any affection on Vicat softening points of PVC finished product.they can efficiently improve surface-gloss of PVC finished products. They are mainly used to produce all kinds of opaque PVC products with needs of Hi-surface glossiness and lower cost.
In addition,our DL-869 is also used to produce PVC foaming products as special PVC foaming regulator as well as for ABS application.

Recommended using dosage:1-2kg per 100kg PVC resin for PVC rigid applications.
